1. General Provisions
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Psynex platform (psynex.app). By registering or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Psynex is a platform for self-exploration and relationship understanding. The platform helps you see what is invisible from inside your relationships. Psynex does not give advice or diagnose. It shows "what is" — decisions belong to you. The service includes modules: Explorer (AI-facilitated self-exploration), MindID (dynamic behavioral pattern model), Match (compatibility comparison), Insight (deep AI sessions with voice), Connect (phase 2).
3. What Psynex is not
Psynex is not: therapy or a medical product (no clinical diagnoses, treatment plans, or medical claims); a personality test (no MBTI, Big5, or "you are type X" labels); a chat assistant (Explorer is a structured facilitator, not conversational AI); a dating app (Match is a compatibility engine, not dating); an optimization tool (the system does not optimize you for productivity, social norms, or external KPIs).
4. Registration & Account
Registration is required to use the platform. During onboarding you provide: language, name, gender, age, and (optionally) location. At step 6, you give explicit consent for AI data processing (GDPR requirement). You are responsible for maintaining access to your account. Psynex is not intended for persons under 16.
5. Platform Principles
Psynex operates on five non-negotiable invariants: (1) User Agency — the system proposes hypotheses, never gives directives; decisions belong to you. (2) Non-Normative Stance — no "correct" states, no "healthy/unhealthy" labels, no judgments. (3) No External Optimization — the system does not optimize you for productivity or social norms. (4) Safety — not a medical product; crisis topics redirect to professionals only. (5) Privacy-First — data minimization, ephemeral layer for dialogues, user-controlled access.
6. Free Access (MVP)
During beta, all studies are free. Limits: Explorer — full access (14 studies, 4 levels); MindID — full access; Match Preview — 5 (lifetime); Match Standard — 5 (lifetime); Pulse Checks — unlimited; Insight — 3 sessions with voice. Pro Plan is free for all Ukrainian users — this is a core social mission, not a temporary promotion.
7. Modules & Limitations
Explorer: 3 exploration modes (Scan, Quick, Deep). Deep is optional and requires free text input. Each message — up to 5,000 characters, up to 100 messages per session. Match: works only by invitation via personal link. Your partner never sees your MindID. The Match report describes the space between you, not individual traits. Insight: available after completing Explorer level 3. Sessions include AI dialogue and generated voice.
8. Content Safety
Every text input in Deep and Insight modes is checked by a safety classifier. Three response levels: warning (gentle redirect, session continues), critical (session paused, help resources shown), emergency (session terminated, crisis resources). You never see the severity level or flag type — only a message about temporary limitations with an option to dispute.
9. Blocked Territories
Access to Psynex is blocked for: Russia, Belarus, Iran, North Korea. Blocking is enforced at the infrastructure level. Russian language is not supported — this is a core company policy due to Russia's aggression against Ukraine.
10. Intellectual Property
All platform materials (design, texts, study scenarios, algorithms, 3D objects, sound design) are Psynex intellectual property. Your MindID and study results belong to you — you have the right to delete them at any time. AI-generated interpretations and micro-insights are created for you, but the methodology behind their generation remains Psynex property.
11. Limitation of Liability
Psynex provides a self-reflection tool, not professional consultation. We are not liable for decisions made based on platform information. In crisis situations, the system redirects to professional resources — this does not replace real professional help. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
12. Code of Conduct
By using Psynex, you agree to: not attempt to access other users' data; not use the platform to harm others; not submit harmful or abusive content through free-text modules; not attempt to bypass limits or the safety system; not use automated means to access the platform.
13. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via /settings/delete. Deletion is complete: cascade delete of all 13 data tables. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms or platform abuse.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the platform. By continuing to use Psynex after changes, you accept the updated terms.
