No. Psynex is not therapy and not a medical or diagnostic product. Our methods are reviewed by a psychologist and are meant for self-understanding and better relationships, not treatment. If you’re in crisis, please reach out to a professional.

No. Psynex does not give you labels like “you are type X”. Instead of fixed categories, the system uncovers your specific behavioral patterns — how you think, feel, and react in relationships. MindID is dynamic: it changes as you change.

Your sensitive answers are stored encrypted, not in plain text. Nothing about you is shared without your explicit consent. The system uses your data for one thing only — building your MindID. Your data is never sold or used for advertising.

There will be a free tier so you can start without paying. Deeper features come with a paid plan. Final pricing is shared closer to launch, and waitlist members hear it first.

A single study is short, usually a few minutes. You go at your own pace, can stop and return whenever you like, and your MindID updates as you go.

Any time, from your settings. Deletion removes your account and the personal data tied to it from our systems. You stay in control of what you share and what you remove.
